Vacation in Villasimius for families and couples. My charming and spacious villa is located in a quiet area, a 7-minute walk from downtown, and just a few kilometers by car from the most beautiful beaches in Villasimius, Costa Rei, and Castiadas. Nearby, just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. A spacious covered patio is furnished with a table and chairs, and there’s a cozy sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table—perfect for enjoying wonderful aperitifs, lunches, and dinners. The cottage features a private entrance, surrounded by the greenery of the private garden, air conditioning, and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom with a dresser and closet, and a triple bedroom with bunk beds and a closet. Both overlook the loggia and the beautiful, spacious garden with a barbecue and shower. The spacious kitchen and cooking area is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and everything else you might need are provided. There’s also an iron and ironing board, as well as a large table and chairs. The house is equipped with a heat pump air conditioning system in the kitchen, capable of circulating air throughout the entire home. The bathroom includes a shower and bidet. I’m ready to welcome you to my cottage starting in JUNE. The price includes cleaning services and utilities (electricity and water). NO PETS ALLOWED.
