We came in mid October to enjoy a peaceful trip to see waterfalls and fall foliage. We started at Niagara Falls only a couple of hours to the VRBO. The location of this Cottage is perfect for visiting several places. We visited Letchworth State Park, Watkins Glen, Port Byron (Erie Canal), and other scenic sites. The cottage was quiet at night. We got up and enjoyed mornings at the cottage. Then spent time touring each day. The last day we went to the Corning Glass Museum. We did some wine tasting at nearby wineries and had dinner at local restaurants. Our evenings were mostly quiet, we could do laundry. It’s only about an hour an a half to the Buffalo airport. Great location! The owner always responded to quickly to our requests. We called twice to see about adding more days. Thankfully we were able to stay longer. We loved it!
