Great views. Loved having the table with chairs on the balcony and having an outdoor storage closet to put our beach stuff at the end of the day. Only downside was the amount of rental chairs and umbrellas the condo sets up. Without going down to set up early, we would not have been able to be on the front row of the beach.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in 12E condo ! It is wonderful. Always cleaned and equipped with everything we need . The easy beach access is the best ! It’s perfect for our family! We can’t wait to stay again !
