The hosts were great- communication and quick to respond when needed. The place itself was perfect for our group. The location was amazing- quick walk to the beach, not a lot of traffic and convenient to majority of the things to do down there- not far from Pier Park or Walmart/Target.

I just got home from spending 7 nights at this wonderful place. With seven people and two families staying here, the layout was perfect. There was room for everyone to be together without being crowded. It was also spacious enough, with three floors, that it also allowed everyone to have privacy. The communication with the host leading up to the rental was perfect. The condo comes well stocked with the essentials. It as about a 10 minute walk to the beach, maybe a 30 minute walk to Pier Park. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this condo!
