The Space:

First Floor – Welcoming Entry Level



Step inside to a bright, functional kitchen (note: the stove is currently not operational, but the refrigerator works perfectly), a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living space — ideal for relaxed mornings and easy gatherings.

This floor features three inviting bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: Queen bed + private bathroom with shower + partial mountain views

Bedroom 2: Queen bed + single sofa bed + private bathroom with shower

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (queen mattress on bottom), additional bunk (single mattress), sofa bed + private bathroom with shower



Second Floor – Spacious & Relaxed Hangout

Discover a generous dining area and a cozy living room complete with TV — perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of adventure. Step out onto the charming small terrace with a table, ideal for indoor-outdoor meals or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. Yoga mats are provided for wellness moments.

This floor includes four comfortable bedrooms, each with:

The top level steals the show with the most mesmerizing panoramic views — wake up to cinematic sunrises and unwind with unforgettable sunsets from the lounge area.

Bedroom 8: King bed + private bathroom with shower + ceiling fan + stunning mountain views

Bedroom 9: King bed + private bathroom with shower + mezzanine with two single beds

Bedroom 10: King bed + private bathroom with shower + mezzanine with single beds

Plus, a fully equipped kitchen with a working stove and refrigerator for added convenience.

Extra Touches for Your Comfort

Two dedicated staff members are on hand daily to prepare delicious breakfast and lunch. Dinner service can be arranged for an additional $20 per extra hour. For your peace of mind, a security staff member stays in a separate room outside the villa (staff available until 4:00 PM).

A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the property due to the terrain.
