- NOTE: To prioritize Tahoe Donner owner access during the holidays, Short-Term Tenant Card blackouts are being implemented starting January 1, 2026, on the following dates: January 17-19 (MLK Day); February 14-16 (President’s Day); May 23-25 (Memorial Day); July 1-5 (July 4th); September 5-7 (Labor Day); November 26-29 (Thanksgiving); and December 24-January 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)

TAHOE DONNER HOA REGULATIONS:
- This property is located within a community that is governed by the Tahoe Donner Homeowners Association, and is in compliance with their rules and guidelines
- Property is not to be occupied by more than two (2) people per bedroom plus four (4) additional people total. Children under age seven are excluded from the occupancy count
- Parking - the number of parked vehicles shall not exceed those spaces available in garages and on the driveway of the property. There is no parking on unpaved areas of lots or on the street
- Trash - lock it up in the bear-proof container, never the neighbors' container or dumped anywhere in Tahoe Donner
- Noise Ordinance - loud music, barking dogs and late-night partying are prohibited from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
