The house was great and the pool even more. Everything is like in the pictures. Just make sure if the pool needs to be heated in the time of the year you are going because that is not included.

Excellent host: Bart provided timely and kind responses to our specific needs! The home is very spacious, with an open floor plan…PLENTY of room to move about! We loved that every drawer and cupboard provided clean and appropriate essentials, with the rest empty-which allowed space to unpack, organize and settle in. LOCATION: was ESSENTIAL 7-9 minutes away from The Mayo Clinic which proved to be CLUTCH for our purposes!

The home was close to nearby attractions, comfortable, in a very nice neighborhood, plenty of things to do inside the home (games &TVs), had a BBQ and fireplace outside, plenty of room to spread out. We had a lovely stay and there was 6 of us.

Positives. Pool was heated throughout the week at very comfortable temperature. Cleaning staff was good after previous renter. Negatives. Fridge door handle was broken but repaired two days later. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing. Family room couch needs replacing as it was very uncomfortable to sit in in and hard to get out of as it was very low to the floor. Kitchen table could seat at least five people but only had three chairs. Dining table had only three chairs when it was made for six. Railing to get in and out of the pool was very loose and unsteady. Needs attention.
