(central Arrondissements in Paris are represented in a snail). The apartment has been recently and finely restored but preserves the fascination of the unforgettable 'belle époque'. The floor and the ceiling are authentic and antique like several pieces of furniture. Old beams, old parquet and logical living design and amenities create charm and space that feel good and are just plain fun to live in.

The house is in a quiet street that crosses two crowded 'Boulevards'. Anyway the apartment is completely sound-proofed in order to protect your sleep.

Our home would be comfortable for a couple or a family. The four-poster bed and a sofa-bed can sleep up to 4.
The bathroom is new and has shower and jetted Tub (Jacuzzi).
The Kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cook and is hided besides a corner Bar.

A kind concierge (he's like a 'maitre d'Hotel') will greet you and supervise all your needs. We are no smokers and we ask to guests not smoking at our home.
