Great unit with parking! Host was very communicative and helpful. Very clean and wonderful location.

We had booked the apartment for three weeks and overall our stay was enjoyable. The only disappointments were a barbecue that was so rusted it did not operate properly and a malfunctioning bath faucet that only delivered a very slow stream of water. I notified the landlord and she responded she would address it after we left so three weeks without a barbecue which we expected to use. I presume both will be rectified. Though there is a garage I drive a pickup which did not fit and street parking was easy except on Mondays and Wednesdays when they sweep the streets. A normal size car would fit fine. Everything else was as advertised and once those minor issues are addressed I would recommend this a stay at this apartment.

Communication was excellent. The location was perfect. For anyone attending the Christmas boat parade, we walked to ninth Street and had the best seats. This location is close to Balboa pier, Balboa Island ferry, and excellent walkways. After seven days, we felt like we had walked at least 75% of Balboa Peninsula. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked.
