Abby’s Place is nestled on an acre of land, 1½ blocks off of Main Street. Peaceful retreat minutes from heart of downtown. Suites 1, 2 & 3 are adjoining spaces. Each suite has a bedroom & separate living areas with new queen sofa sleepers. Antique furniture throughout. Suite 3 bedroom has a king size bed with a 55" flat screen. Suite 3 living area has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, a love seat, cozy chair, gas fireplace, and 65” flat screen television. Suite 3 also has an exercise area, sofa and other seating on the enclosed porch just off the living area.
The large kitchen in Suite 3 has lots of counter space, a double oven & a dining area with seating for16. Kitchen has lots of dishes, glasses to serve the group. For those who want to cook and/or bake, you will find a selection of pots and pans, baking dishes, mixer, slow cooker, measuring cups and spoons, and other utensils.
Suites 4 & 5 are in a separate cottage behind. Walk into a combined living room (with sofa sleeper), kitchen and dining area. Each has a separate bedroom with queen bed. The bathroom in each is accessible from the bedroom and the living room. The decor theme for Suite 4 is Rocking on Route 66 and includes an authentic dining table and red leather chairs from the 1960s. Suite 5 (Cowgirl Up!) has a western motif including a cowhide, cow paintings, cowgirl boots, and even a John Wayne quote. Saddle up!
Back patio behind Suite 3 features propane grill, wood-burning fire pit, windmill and room for outdoor games. Horseshoes and bean bag toss in the closet. Another wood-burning fire pit is located in front of Suites 4 and 5. We keep stacks of wood near each. Plenty of outdoor seating.
