The NEWLY DECORATED 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit also has high ceilings, open floor plan and several private balconies with direct views of both the Gulf of Mexico , Englewood Beach, and Lemon Bay. Prime location in the hub of Manasota Key directly across the street from the beach where there is a park and full length boardwalk from one end to the other. The park boasts a new pirate theme children's playground, basketball court, and beach volley ball courts. You will really enjoy how convenient it is to just walk to the many casual restaurants and Tiki Bars on the island. Sunrise Pointe property includes : heated pool , hot tub, picnic tables and Weber gas grills poolside. There is also a NEW (Video monitored 24-7) MAINTENANCE FREE LARGE DOCK FOR THE BOAT with Great Fishing for you and the kids. The Condo unit is nicely decorated with high end furnishings throughout. Huge Master suite with king size bed, office area with large mahogany desk , custom walk in closet, 70 inch flat screen TV with surround sound and private balcony. Master Bath is amazing and has all you could ask for in a space. The second bedroom has a new queen size bedroom set and provides a direct gulf view from the bed that will be appreciated. The third bedroom has another queen bedroom set, 65 inch TV, custom walk in closet, balcony overlooking pool/bay and full private bathroom and walk in shower. The gourmet kitchen claims stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, island, breakfast bar, and adjoining dining room with seating for eight. The kitchen also has another large private balcony with outside dining table grill and views of Lemon Bay/Gulf and breezes for miles. The Large family room has an open floor plan with Direct Gulf Views and another balcony with seating to enjoy the gulf breezes and sunsets, 70 inch TV with full TV and High Speed Wi Fi, and even has a great table for card games. This unit is an end unit with 28 windows on three sides and no shared walls so lots of light comes into the space. High 10 foot trey ceilings , crown moldings, full size washer and dryer, 15 inch diagonal tile are just some of the features you will want to come back to soon. The condo has a large two car private garage with opener , semi private elevator and even gated main entrance and 24/7 video security on property.

My father used to own one of these units when it was built, so I am familiar with the complex and the area. The beach park across the street is incredible. We have been all over Florida and this is our favorite beach. It’s more natural than many of the overly groomed beaches and is not as touristy. In my opinion this unit one of the best spots on the key. It’s quiet, safe, off the street — with a decent view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. It’s perched between the ocean and the intracoastal waterway. It’s the best of all the worlds. The unit is very quiet. If I recall, it’s built to withstand a category 5 hurricane. So it’s very solid and safe. I have been there during a tropical storm many years ago and felt very safe. The layout is well appointed and functional. We were a family of 4 with kids that are 19 and 24. They had enough privacy for late teens — early adults. There are many opportunities for views and multiple decks to enjoy. There are beach supplies to borrow in the garage such as toys, air mattresses and pool noodles. The unit is very close to the restaurants — giving you easy walking access so you don’t need to deal with parking. One of the reasons we went with this place is because we would be there over 4th of July and knew there would be parking issues at the beach across the street. When we arrived to the unit — everything was as promised. The codes all worked, and Mike was very responsive. The minute we sent a question, he responded right away.

What a beautiful place! The location was perfect and the condo was exquisite. The ownerwas very prompt with communications. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful 3rd Floor condo with awesome views of the Gulf. Condo is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Having the garage to store our beach equipment and rafts was so convenient. We had the pool to ourselves all 10 days of our stay. Have stayed at several condos on Manasota Key and we all agreed this was our favorite. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and even a closer walk to the beach.
