- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. Nice comfortable home. Kitchen refrigerators were both in need of replacement with lots of broken parts in the shelving. The view and the island itself made it easy to overlook the few problems we found. All in my party loved our stay and would rent again.

This is a great home! Location is perfect. Our entire family (9 adults and one baby) enjoyed a wonderful week. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the location. The view from the house is spectacular, but can be improved with updated sliding doors. The doors have aged and the glass is cloudy. The view is too beautiful to have cloudy glass obstructing it. Another recommendation for inhancing the experience at Sea Chalet, would be to invest in better quality mattresses. I’m over 50 and sleeping comfort is very important to me for a quality vacation experience. One last thing that would make for a great experience would be to make sure the remotes for all the TV’s are working. Other than those suggestions, the stay was very nice. My family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you Sea Chalet.
