Arrived on time for check-in at 4 pm which was good, once to room found no house keeping had been on site to clean room, so called Host rep several times and was unable to make contact with her for over 2 hours, third try finally made contact with her while trying to buy sheets to sleep for the night and advised she would get someone there as soon as possible. Cleaning staff showed up about 8pm and left right before 10pm.
Faciality and staff were great but host rep was the worst experience we have had traveling. would recommend a different room.
