Gary was an amazing and responsive host! The house was the perfect space for our group with the right amount of privacy (a bathroom for every bedroom!) and great community spaces inside and out. We loved our stay!

We stayed here ten years ago for a family gathering. This time our group of fourteen, my spouse and I, four children and their significant others and four grandchildren easily fit in this very comfortable house. In the ten year interim Gregg made many improvements to make this a great place to gather a large family group.

The house was awesome for our visit to Cooperstown dreams park. We pulled up and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s big, in a quiet area, and close to the park and downtown. If you have a large group don’t hesitate to book.
