Welcome to Coco Bay Cottages, a collection of 3 cottages and 3 villas that stretches from the Atlantic Ocean front to the protected Coco Bay.
This Incredible villa is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and sits oceanfront on the Atlantic. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a private attached bathroom. Both the second, third and fourth bedrooms have queen size beds and share a full bathroom.
This Villa is equipped with all the latest amenities including a 60" flat screen TV, Starlink internet and AC.

This house is one of my favorites I have stayed in, on Green Turtle. Has a beautiful view, nice beach, house is great. The manager of the property was extremely helpful and accommodating to our group.

Great location, close to Green Turtle Club. Have coffee on the Atlantic, then lunch on Coco Bay. Walk to Green Turtle Club for dinner.

House is in amazing location, reef 75 yards off beach is one off the most vibrant reefs we’ve seen. House is in ideal location. Short golf cart ride to town. Super safe. Kelly the host is amazing. Could not be more helpful. Rex and Omri made getting to the property seemless. Golf carts That we rented where waiting for us when we arrived. Anything we needed was provided. It was paradise. If you like snorkeling and beaches then this is your happy place. A few steps to get there but more than worth it.we will be back!!!!!
