While in the Appalachian foothills, you can hike, bike, fish and venture to the many waterfalls North GA has to offer. The Toccoa River is great for kayaking, tubing ,canoeing and trout fishing, while white water adventures abound on the nearby Oconee River. Head over to Lake Blue Ridge, pontoon boats and paddle boards are available to rent for lazy days on the lake. Once you turn onto Douthit Rd, you'll proceed 1.2 miles to Fish Trap Rd (DO NOT TURN ON BEAR WALK HERE.) Stay on Fishtrap trail for 1.3 miles and turn hard left onto Moonshine Mtn. Rd. Go 2/10 of a mile and turn left onto Bear Walk Rd. Go 200ft and then turn left. Home is on the right.
