This vintage riverfront home is located on the banks of the beautiful Russian River. Riverside Hideaway is a guest cottage located downstairs from the main house on the property. There is a private entrance, private covered porch w/gas BBQ overlooking the river and sunny partially fenced yard. River access is by stairs to dock. TOT #725N
The living room features a free standing gas fireplace, wood floors, full size sofa bed and entertainment center with cable TV. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds (queen size) (including extra down comforters) and TV in master bedroom. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style with stall shower. Kitchen has been remodeled and has newer maple cabinets, granite countertops, refrigerator, gas range and microwave. More photos available upon request. Kayaks can be available upon request.
This home is within walking distance to downtown Monte Rio, grocery store, public beach, boat rentals, movie theater, tennis courts and restaurants. Northwood Golf Course is apx. one mile away. The Pacific Coast (Jenner) is within a 15 minute drive. Guerneville is 5 miles east. We are located within a short driving distance to many Sonoma County wineries. Quaint Occidental is 10 minutes away.

Great stay on the Russian River! Perfect for our family of four. Especially love the porch with a view, access to the two kayaks, and the very lovely garden. If you love spending time in the river, this is a great spot. Things that are good to know: The only bathroom is between the bedrooms (not an issue for us but just good to know), beds are more on soft side than firm, sofa bed was quite comfortable for my teenage son (he is 6' tall). We would love to stay here again.

What a wonderful getaway house! Kim’s hose was so charming and just perfect stay for the music festival we were going to. It was so nice to be able to walk to the Monte Rio Theater. Her landscaping was beautiful and the view of the river can’t be beat. We loved having the kayaks available. The house was well equipped for all your needs. We’d definitely like to come back in the near future.

Great little place to stay right next to the Russian river. I was surprised that they even have kayaks there for you to enjoy a little cruise on the river if you desire. Clean quiet and a very enjoyable stay.
