The bright, light-filled first-floor apartment is suitable for four adults and one toddler and offers a beautiful view from the bay window of the neighboring Löwenhof and the historic water tower.
The cozy living-dining area is tiled and features underfloor heating. From here, you can step out onto a small furnished balcony, where you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.

The small wellness oasis in the adjacent room invites you to relax and unwind year-round with a spacious corner infrared sauna for 2–4 people and a sauna lounger. The infrared cabin is equipped with a multimedia system and a touchscreen display and is easy to operate. With its colored light and aromatherapy, it offers enjoyment for the whole family.

The bedroom on the living level is furnished with a double bed and a built-in closet. Like all rooms, it features pleated blinds and can be darkened with a curtain.
A second bedroom in the attic is also furnished with a double bed featuring adjustable slatted frames and can be darkened with opaque pleated blinds. This atmospheric room, which is separated from the staircase, features a second TV and a selection of books, inviting you to read and relax.
