Experience the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort at this NEWLY RENOVATED SPANISH COLONIAL HOME. Located just a short walk from downtown Brunswick and a quick 10-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of St. Simon’s and Jekyll Island, you’re perfectly positioned to explore Georgia’s beaches.
Explore Coastal Living: Whether you're into fishing, art galleries, local markets, or simply strolling along the waterfront marina, Brunswick is a quiet town full of unique experiences. Indulge in the local dining scene, hunt for treasures at thrift stores, or enjoy a peaceful day by the water—there's something for everyone.
Perfect for Families, Groups, and Couples: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it the ideal retreat for families or friends. We are pet-friendly with a fully fenced backyard—your furry companions are welcome to join the fun!
The Space:
This home is a duplex with the property manager residing part-time in a separate upstairs unit. The full house is also available for rent upon request (5 beds 3.5 baths total). Each unit has a full kitchen, laundry, and living areas.
The downstairs unit features:
- Private entrances (front & back)
- Spacious living area with a 55" smart TV and pull-out couch for extra sleeping space
- Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, fridge/freezer with water filter & ice maker
Bedrooms:
- The Palm Room: Full-sized bed + shared bath
- The Pineapple Room: Full-sized bed + shared bath
- The Tide Room: Queen-sized bed, private bath, and a TV for added relaxation
Outdoor Living:
Relax on the front or back porch, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Fire up the propane fire pit or grill and enjoy an evening under the stars.
Extra Amenities:
-Washer/dryer in-unit for convenience
- Vivent security system with outdoor cameras, automatic door locks, and caution lights for peace of mind
- Ample parking for up to 4-5 cars and even boats!
Bonus: Interested in renting both units for a larger group? Just ask! You'll have access to 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths for even more space and comfort.

La Playa was ideal for adult-sisters getaway. The home is private, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Located within walking (or a short drive) distance to shopping and restaurants in historic downtown Brunswick. I highly recommend taking a drive to explore St. Simons and Jekyll islands.

Great place to stay in Brunswick if you are traveling with Pets. Walkable to downtown area. Very clean, nice setup.

This property was clean and had everything we needed, in a walkable location to downtown Brunswick. Meredith was also very helpful with local recommendations. I'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.
