The best thing about this property is the location. The first night we had neighbors who played music until midnight but they left and it was quiet the remainder of our stay. The oven cooks too slow and there were no measuring spoons and measuring cups were missing making cooking a little challenging! Every body had a place to sleep! The room with 3 single beds needs mattresses replaced. Host responded quickly when I asked question or had concerns. The property does need painting and updating but being on the beach was the best part of our stay. We would stay here again!

We had 12 people come to our end of summer back to school break. Lots of space with the 3 floors. Rooms were all nice. Great communication with Reef properties. The location is down from everything, which was nice. Pool was nice. We would come back again.

The house had a good floor plan set up, nice distance from the beach. It had a great AC unit and had an ice maker which was beneficial. The check in and check out went very smoothly. Some of the things that were not ideal were the following, which for some renters could be a deal breaker:Pool very small to share with the other side of the house. The house on each side has 7 bedrooms which means a lot of people just on one side.Limited pool seating/lounge chairs (3 per side) due to size of the deck area, I assume.The house is in DESPERATE need of deep cleaning, AND updating.... too many details of obvious years of usage to mention them all. And there were many!Some areas of the house (third level bathroom just to mention one of the areas) appeared to have been missed by housekeeping from previous guests. Very limited kitchen supplies (we had to buy utensils to eat our meals because very few forks and spoons).Under the house was very nasty! This is where the grill is
