This newly updated and nicely decorated peaceful and quiet direct Oceanfront & Beachfront air conditioned 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 twin upstairs, and a queen/twin in the downstairs bedroom) 2 baths (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) cottage w/AC has spiral stairs connecting up/down. On Phillips Road (a private road in Sagamore Beach (a private beach), near Scusset Beach, Cape Cod Canal, and bike path. Has all the amenities you can think of.
Fully stocked kitchen with pots for your lobsters and steamers, pans, dishes, cups, mugs, microwave, blender, coffee maker (Keurig), utensils, dishwasher, washer and dryer, along with an additional outside shower. We also have 2 cable TV's and FREE WIFI Internet. A large deck for cookouts or just watching the beach. Beautiful sunrises on beachside then sunsets on marsh side, you couldn't ask for a more tranquil and relaxing setting.

Our host, Tony, was extremely responsive and helpful! And what a location—you really can’t beat it! We love Sagamore Beach; it’s quiet, beautiful, and such a wonderful place to relax.The house was exactly as described in the listing. We had beautiful weather during our stay, although it was very hot, so we were especially grateful for the air conditioning, which worked great! The property was clean, and we really appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Our adult kids joined us as well, and we were pleasantly surprised that we had plenty of room for everyone.We also had a lobster and steamer feast one night and really appreciated all of the supplies available at the house—it made everything so easy!The only small things that could have made our stay even better would have been a little more shade on the back deck (the umbrellas were very small) and some updated beach chairs. I would bring my own next time.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at Sagamore Beach. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Tony!

This was the best location we’ve ever stayed. Right on the beach. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Very clean property and excellent and attentive host.
