With the Destin commons only a 10 minute drive away as well, it would make the ideal location for your next trip, whether you are with family or just a large group.
This beautiful family-managed 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, townhome is located across the street from Destin's radiant beaches. The conveniently located townhome features three stories with bedrooms on each level and sleeps 10 people comfortably, but can accommodate up to 12 people.
Royal Seaesta townhouse rental rates are very affordable. We have a great value that includes VERY CLEAN AND WELL MANAGED property located directly across the street from the beach. Pompano Joe's & Whales Tale are walking distance. Royal Seaesta is central to all shopping (Destin Commons & Silversands Outlet Mall), close to many fabulous restaurants, and convenient to the Sandestin & Grand Boulevard.

The property was exactly what we needed. Great location and super helpful host.

Great and convenient location. Prompt communication with the owner. The unit does need some maintenance which was communicated and the owner is addressing. Unfortunately it rained the majority of the time we were there and we had more indoor time than usual and the livingroom only comfortably seated 3-4 adults. Not very conducive for an adult vacation, however a family with children would be more than comfortable.

Overall our stay wasn’t bad, Second day we were there I got a text at 8am saying a repair person would be there to fix the washer at 10am so we gathered our things and left came back at 1pm he was still there.on night three we were lookin for trash bags and noticed a chili pot under the sink catching all the dirty water I never mentioned anything to anyone on the The 4th day we had just got back from the beach and someone was beating on the door saying he was there to fix the sink we were never told or notified someone was coming, just very weird.
We didn’t like that random people were showing up to fix things, for paying $4k I feel like these things should have been fixed prior to us arriving.
The very first night we got locked out, the host or person who I called yelled at me and said “no you listen to me” he said he sent me a text with all information I never got any text or any information other than the text I got about the washer repair man
Disappointing, this was our first vacation as a family in 20 years.
