Welcome to Sunny Sally’s Beach House in Summer Salt – your luxurious coastal escape in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. Professionally decorated and thoughtfully equipped, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home sleeps up to 19 and stands out with upscale features, including a bed swing for sunset views on the front porch, a gas firepit patio, and a cozy oversized electric fireplace in the living room with a 75" Smart TV and Bose sound system.
The chef’s kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a KitchenAid mixer, and a one-of-a-kind round dining table that seats 8. Enjoy family meals, movie nights, and fireside chats—all in one perfect setting. The main-level primary suite offers a king bed, queen sleeper, a 70" TV, fireplace, and a spa-like ensuite. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, each with a private bath: one king, two queens, and a childrens bunk room sleeping 6+. A twin sleeper chair in the hallway adds extra flexibility for children.
Outside, the back porch offers dining for 6, a charcoal grill, and a firepit for evening ambiance. Guests also enjoy access to the zero-entry community pool just steps away.

The house is well maintained and perfectly decorated for the beach. We had an issue with the front door lock. One call and maintenance quickly came to replace the lock. It was a great location, had a community pool and was just a few minutes to the Romar Beach access. Perfect vacation!

Everything was great. Wish they had a broom with a dust pan. There was a vacuum but a broom would have been helpful. Nice location to the beach. Nice area. Stocked well with various kitchen items like plates, pots/pans etc. Very helpful having 2 washers/dryers. Easy check in and check out process.

Excellent vacation property for our family of 10! Everything was just as it mentioned in the description. Nice and quiet neighborhood with beautiful decor on the inside of the house. This place has everything that you would want. We will definitely be back. One minor issue was someone turned off the water heater controls and it wasn't easy to find. However after diligently looking for the switch, we found it on the wall of the primary closet. Overall excellent home, with great customer service and you should stay here!
