Additionally this is dog friendly home allowing one dog maximum per reservation weighing 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax.

• Distance to Beach: 6th Row Ocean. The beach path is conveniently located just across the street – takes five minutes to walk to the beach.

• Private Pool: The pool is approximately 25’ x 14’. The pool is able to be heated seasonally only at no additional cost. The pool cannot be heated if temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay, and it is not available during the summer months. Pool heat is typically available March-May and September-October, weather permitting.

• Dog Friendly: This property allows one dog total per reservation & it must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm your dog and pay the additional pet fee.
