A very good location located 3 minutes from the beach and near to bus station. Also pretty close to the center of the resort and nearby attractions: markets, malls etc.
The owner is very sympathetic and carefully that everything to be ok.
I strongly recommend to choose this location, proper for 2 person to spend a very nice holyday in Nice.
I shall return next year.
