This two bedroom/two bathroom condominium is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Madeira Beach is famous for it’s sugar soft sand and year-round near perfect weather.
Las Brisas is a five-story, 40-unit condominium with private assigned parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut family area with outdoor BBQ, picnic tables, sundecks and of course, a fabulous beach. See the dolphins swim by right from your balcony. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets... Went on a "mom" trip and this condo was perfect! We saw dolphins every morning as we sat on the balcony. Everything you need is right there!. Stocked very well..even TP and paper towels! This condo was very clean as well! We def enjoyed our vacation! Also, plenty of beach chairs and umbrella to each the ocean up close...then the beach loungers provided were awesome! Thanks!!

The Condo was very nice, clean, well stocked and right on the beach. The beach lounge chairs that are included in the rental were a very nice touch. Walter and Maureen also offer everything else you would need to spend the day at the ocean. Beach chairs, rafts, a pump and sand toys for kids. Everything you need to grill if you choose. Plus less than 2 miles away from St. John’s pass, Publix’s and Walmart. Great location, great condo, great beach!

The host checked with you via text to make sure we everything was going good and you didn't need anything periodically. Condo was in a great location. Sunsets were fantastic. Having the beach chairs is a big plus.
