This lovingly furnished villa, with 149 square meters of living space and a large heated pool, is located just a few minutes’ drive from Cape Harbor Marina, golf courses, and shopping plazas. Thanks to its very central location, you can reach your destinations quickly. Pine Island Road, home to many well-known restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, is also just a few minutes’ drive away. The house features 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds (approx. 2 m wide). The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (approx. 1.70 m wide). The house also has 2 bathrooms with showers. One bathroom also features a bathtub.

In the spacious living/dining room, you’ll find an LCD TV with a DVD/Blu-ray player, as well as TV and Chromecast connections. All three bedrooms also have TVs with Chromecast connections. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Villa Mark also has a telephone line, which allows for free calls within the U.S. and Canada.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo with ice maker, electric kettle, stovetop, oven, and microwave. A washer and dryer are also available for your use.

Attached to the house is a garage for your rental car, which is accessible directly from the house. The pool deck faces west and also features a south-facing sunbathing area with 3 sun loungers. The seating area on the terrace, which seats 6 people, is tucked away in a sheltered niche, protected from the wind and sun. A gas grill is available for your use. The spacious terrace and pool area is covered by a fly-screen enclosure to protect against mosquitoes. This allows you to enjoy the area well into the night after sunset, when the temperatures are pleasantly mild. The property, spanning over 930 square meters, is fenced off in the garden area, providing privacy from prying eyes.

Note for families with children: The pool can be quickly secured for children with a small safety fence. (If traveling with children under 12, this fence must be installed for a fee of 25$ —as required by law). A crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge. This makes the property particularly appealing for families.

Pets are not allowed.
Additionally, this is a non-smoking home.
The house is suitable for families. We maintain good relations with our neighbors and therefore do not allow parties for groups such as bachelor parties, spring break events, or sports teams. Please inquire in special cases to see if we will accommodate such arrangements.

Electricity is billed on-site at checkout based on consumption (currently approx. 0,20 $ per kWh).
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
A security deposit of $ 500 will be automatically charged by FEWO/VRBO.
The cost of the final cleaning via $200 is already included in the quoted price as the “host fee” by FEWO/VRBO.

The gas grill must also be cleaned upon departure; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of $ 50 will be charged separately at checkout.

FEWO/VRBO collects the local sales tax of 6.5% and the tourist tax of 5% and includes these in the total price.
