Secluded 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bath, 7 Acre Cabin with TREEHOUSE, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, wrap around deck (wheelchair access ramps), hot tub, observation deck with propane firepit & wood burning firepit area in yard. Seven Acre Miracle cabin is NEWLY UPDATED & is on one level with open concept kitchen/living/game area with pool table, arcade games, air hockey table, cable/smart tv, & oversized fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom 4-Bunk Room has own separate exterior entrance & own full bath.

Outside enjoy the outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and or/fireplace while taking a dip in the hot tub. You may see plenty of wildlife (turkeys, birds, etc.) while sitting on any of the various decks.
About 5 miles to Parkway as well as to many of Sevierville's & Pigeon Forge attractions; 6 miles to Tanger Outlet; 16 miles to Gatlinburg entrance. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from for all ages.
Guest access
You will get a door code before check-in. No need to meet anyone for keys. You get the whole house to yourself.
Plenty of private parking on property. Can accommodate 6 vehicles.
Other things to note
All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.
13 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number.
There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!
The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!
The hot tub is for guests 25 and over unless accompanied by a parent. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $175 and you will likely be asked to leave.
Absolutely no fires inside or outside with the exception of the designated wood burning fire pit on the cement pad. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

The Seven Acre home was as described. The host was easy to contact and provided the information when needed. My three grandchildren ages 5-8, loved the cabin; there was plenty of space to run on the decks. My long weekend was relaxing at the cabin, but the cabin is close to all the attractions. The home was clean and we loved the outdoor fireplace and fire pits. Highly recommend!

Everything was so nice We all wish the weather had been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the porch and hot tub more Patricia has went above and beyond to make sure there is relaxing spots all over the property and the tree house was a plus thank you so much Patricia

This property was a beautiful one-story cabin with lots of space to spread out. It's tucked away, still within a neighborhood, to provide woody peaceful quiet. We vacationed with our adult children and their families for Thanksgiving week, being 13 in all with grands ranging in age from 2 to 11. With the cabin being one-story, we weren't having to worry about the 2yr old up and down stairs all week! With some cold weather, the wood-burning fire pit and the outdoor fireplace were favorites among the adults. The kitchen is very spacious and accommodating any cooking and meal prep. The cabin is decked all around so there is plenty of energy-releasing space or space for getting in your walking steps! The kids enjoyed playing in the playhouse and it was a plus to having lighting so they could play while the adults were right outside the cabin enjoying the outdoor firepit! Even with drizzly days, the door outside of the living room provided dry outdoor covered seating for morning coffee. There are huge windows so viewing the outside from inside was nice. Those inside could see what was going on outside without feeling separated from others. The open concept living and kitchen areas kept everyone inside within sight while enjoying the arcade games. The ride to shopping or last-minute pick up items is about 10-15 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.
