Benefitting from off road parking for two vehicles which only a handful of properties can offer in this central area - making it an ideal choice for guests looking to park up and explore. This is an important feature as Filey is notoriously short of town centre parking.

You are mere steps away from the many attractions Filey has to offer, including a variety of tea rooms, pubs and independent shops, whilst a 5-minute walk brings you to the seafront. Enjoy a stroll along the promenade with its brightly coloured beach huts, ornamental gardens and cafés or build sandcastles on the wonderful, long sandy beach, where you can walk for miles. Close by lies a country park and an animal sanctuary, whilst nearby Flamborough is well worth a visit with its high chalk cliffs, packed with nesting sea birds including the comical puffins with their colourful beaks. The Cleveland Way coastal path winds its way along the cliff tops, offering incredible views. You can also explore the coast by car, stopping off to spend a day at Ravenscar, Robin Hood’s Bay, Whitby or in the opposite direction Bridlington. With the vibrant town of Scarborough a short drive away and the Yorkshire Wolds and Moors to explore, you will be well placed for an enjoyable stay. Beach 500 yards.
