The space
This entire home comfortably accommodates larger groups with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and three separate living areas. Each living space offers comfortable seating and a TV, making it easy to gather for movie nights, games, or quiet downtime while others relax elsewhere. One living area features a foosball table, adding to the home’s playful atmosphere.
A dedicated game room brings everyone together with a pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games, offering entertainment long after the theme parks close.
Sleeping arrangements
Sleeping spaces are thoughtfully laid out across two levels. Downstairs, you’ll find a Jurassic-themed bedroom with a queen bed and a separate king bedroom, both conveniently located near a shared bathroom. Upstairs, four themed bedrooms provide variety and privacy: a king bedroom with an attached bathroom, a Frozen-themed room with two single beds and an attached bathroom, a Mickey-themed room with two sets of bunk beds and an attached bathroom, and a Star Wars-themed bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided.

You’ll enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay, along with use of the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please be aware that the HOA charges a mandatory amenities fee, separate from our hosting fees. This fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, and it applies to every reservation, whether or not you use the amenities.
The home is located within a gated community with 24-hour security, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 vehicles, and likely up to 4 small to medium-sized cars if needed.

Situated in Davenport, this vacation home puts you close to Orlando’s most popular theme parks. If shopping is on your list, Disney Springs™ and Old Town are must-visits. For unforgettable experiences, explore Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®.
The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, making it easy to fill your days with fun and adventure.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team follows the highest standards of cleanliness.
During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Check-Out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300.
Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if anything is missing so we can arrange restocking.
Resort amenities are managed by the community and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for their maintenance schedules, and availability is not guaranteed.

Very clean house, check in easy, property as pictured. Had an issue with one of the televisions, very prompt response and had resolved within an hour. I will definitely use Blue Gem management again.

The check in was easy besides the rude assistant with glasses and the failed phone reception at the desk. It was also easy to find the house in such a beautiful, Clean & Comforting Neighborhood w/ more beautiful homes. We LOVED the secure screened gate surrounding the pool. The pool couch wasn’t restfully clean enough but, the kids were more happy having a clean pool. The place is Spacious and Disney Theme Entertaining! Every room we picked was comfortable and clean. The dishwasher didn’t work very well ( which could have saved time) & there wasnt enough big pots or pans to cook for a 6 bedroom home but we’re from NY we make things happen! OVERALL we STILL didn’t wanna leave. It was vacation PEACEFUL…thanks!

The house is spectacular—very spacious and perfect for a large family. It has everything needed for a wonderful stay. The game room is perfect for enjoying evenings with the kids, and the pool area is very large and clean; the pool itself was spotless, too. My only recommendation is to buy more small kitchen appliances. There aren't any pots large enough to cook for more than six people, even though the house accommodates twelve. It would also be good to upgrade the appliances. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Charged a 100 nonrefundable damage deposit that we were not told about until we paid the stay deposit. The pool was not as clean as it should be until the service man came on day 6 of our stay. The child barrier net to the pool had a large hole so it was unsafe for small children and was not secure either. Dishwasher didn't work and no toŵels to dry the hand wàshed ones. Garbage disposal didn't work. One shower didn't drain well and one had the water mixer installed backwards. We had to monitor the washing machine as it kept turning off. One light fixture fell out of the wall. Garage turned game room had a nasty floor which meant it got tracked into the house. Game room was awesome otherwise. 3 trash bags for a 7 day stay. One bath towel per person for the week and 3 pool towels for the whole house. We had 13 people. If you just want a bed and bath it's OK. Kitchen well stocked with dishes except for skillets. Will notify host, but I doubt anything will get fixed.
