For ages 55+ and the booking guest must meet this requirement. Minimum night stay is 30 days and all guests must be registered with the Community prior to arrival and ID is required. As this is a 55+ Active Adult Community, anyone that is 19 years or younger may visit for a maximum of 2 nights, but may not stay any longer than that in order to preserve the Active Adult Community requirements.



Pet Friendly - pets less than 30 lbs - (max 1) additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.

***Non-Smoking Property: The entire interior & exterior of the property is no-smoking. This includes the backyard and screened in porch.

**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement.

Parking: there is room for a vehicle to park in the garage as well as additional driveway parking. (Maximum # of vehicles is 3). Please note that, in accordance with the Association’s governing documents, RVs, trailers, and similar vehicles must be stored out of view from the street and neighboring properties. Parking these vehicles in the driveway or street is not permitted.
