This modern barn conversion is situated on the heart of the stunning Notgrove Estate and offers a modern alternative to the traditional Cotswold stone cottages. With a large open plan living area and modern interiors they are ideal for families and groups of friends wishing to enjoy the Cotswold’s. Stunning walks right from your door step….

Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room
Kitchen – electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large table seating 8
Sitting area – containing seating for 8, 42″ television with freeview and DVD player, wood burner, stereo system and I-pod dock.
Utility Area – washing machine and work surface – space for dog bed.
Ground floor bedroom – twin or King size with en-suite shower room (suitable for disabled access)
Under floor heating throughout
Upstairs
Bedroom 1 – Large King Size or twin bedroom, fitted wardrobe and shelves, en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 – Large King Size or twin bedroom, fitted wardrobe and shelves, en suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 – Large King Size or twin bedroom, fitted wardrobe, great view.
Family bathroom – with bath, hand basin and WC.
2 dogs are welcome per barn - Wi-Fi throughout
Games Room - communal games room is shared with 3 other barns, this has table football, table tennis and a mini pool table along with a TV and tumble drier. Outdoors we have a children clamber stack, football area with goals and lots of muddy puddles!
Pet Farm Animals - Come and visit the pet farm animals which live in the paddocks just behind the holiday barns - pigs, sheep, donkey, goats and Alpaca - all ready to meet you.
Walks - 1500 acre Cotswold estate - enjoy mapped walks around the estate as well as the Cotswold way which crosses the estate.
The Plough at Cold Aston is an easy 1.5 mile walk down the lane and Bourton on the Water is 3.5 miles with a supermarket, pubs and gift shops.

It a lovely place could do with turning the heating down abit. It would be nice to have a laminated map of walks as it’s a job to see the one on the wall by the washing machine. We would come back

The property exceeded our expectations there is everything you need. Lovely walks, cafe with lots of choice, village pub and breath taking views.
The cottages are great for a family get together for all ages and dog friendly too.

Booked the property for 3 couples. We were very disappointed with the 3rd/ groundfloor bedroom: very small, no storage and rather impractical for a couple . Everything else was fine, great location and very dog friendly.

It was our first time visiting the Cotswolds and what an absolutely amazing place to stay! Would certainly stay again.
Everything from the accommodation to the farm animals made our stay very enjoyable!
