Welcome to Mavi Bay, our beautiful condo, completely renovated and professionally decorated in summer/fall 2024. You are sure to have a marvelous stay at this 1 bedroom condo in Kihei across one of the best beaches with sweeping ocean views from the sixth floor.

From the moment you enter, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, which will help to unwind and relax. The unit is luxurious, every detail has been thought of to enhance your experience here in paradise.

When you step onto the lanai, you will enjoy the views of majestic Molokini crater and Kahoolawe island behind. During whale season, use the binoculars provided to catch glimpses of the
magnificent humpback whales from the comfort of the lanai. Sometimes you don’t need binoculars to witness their amazing breaches. Whether you're starting your day with a cup of coffee or unwinding while witnessing the mesmerizing Maui sunsets with a glass of wine, this outdoor sanctuary will undoubtedly become your most memorable place in Maui.

The condo has undergone a full renovation, featuring brand new kitchen, bathroom, modern appliances, upgraded flooring, designer paint, brand new stylish furniture, and the added convenience of dual split AC in both the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is gorgeous and functional, that would make cooking a breeze if you choose to do so. Our guests tell us that our kitchen is stocked better than theirs at home, which please us.


The bedroom features a comfortable king bed with luxurious Cariloha bamboo sheets and the living room offers an additional memory foam sofa bed for extra guests, accommodating up to 4 people.

Kitchen is fully stocked, has a gas range/stove, dishwasher, and fridge with icemaker and filtered water. We have provided quality cookware, dinnerware, drink ware and all the little touches to make your stay relaxing. Essentials such as spices, salt, pepper, oil, coffees and teas and sugar are available as well as full cleaning supplies. In addition if desired a Brita filter is available to use too. Also available are small appliances.

The bathroom has a brand new shower with frameless glass , comes with full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Next to the bathroom there is a closet with a washer/dryer combo.

The Kihei Akahi resort is in a perfect location, directly across the street from Kamaole Il beach, with Kamaole Beaches I and Ill on either side. All 3 beaches are family friendly, with lifeguards. They offer great snorkeling (with lots of sea turtles), swimming, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, whale watching (Nov-April). Within walking distance is numerous restaurants, a convenience store, and lots of souvenir/apparel stores.
There are also lots of places nearby that offer rentals of beach gear, paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear . Grocery stores are only couple of miles away. The luxurious Wailea/Makena area is only a 5-10 min drive, with many shops, a high end mall, beaches, and restaurants, and world famous golf courses. The main town of Kahului is only 20-25 min away, where the airport is located, and many stores like Walmart, Target, Costco. Maalaea Harbor is a 15 min drive, with many boat excursion possibilities, as well as a famous Aquarium.

The Kihei Akahi Resort has beautiful grounds, as soon as you enter you are greeted with well maintained,lush tropical landscaping, majestic palms. This resort offers many amenities, elevators, assigned parking spot, 2 swimming pools, each with shaded BBQ/eating areas and a tennis/pickleball court.

* Laundry detergent, high end dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies
* Starter toilet paper, paper towels
* New Nespresso machine with 5-6 original pods to get you started (also a nice drip coffeemaker )
* Linens, blankets, towels - the linens/towels for additional guests are in the bedroom cabinet
* luggage rack, iron , ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer
* There is no land line phone in the condo, but wifi works great
