This 6-bedroom, luxury villa in the private gated community of Soliman Bay, offers beachfront access and stunning views of both sunrise and sunset. Nestled between lush jungle and the Caribbean’s shallow waters, it offers a truly immersive setting.
Designed by an artist, Kevali Beach House features spacious living areas that blend indoor & outdoor spaces, idyllic for Caribbean-living. Enjoy the included chef service and explore nearby attractions such as the Tulum ruins & world-famous cenotes.
• Our villa is located in the gated community of Soliman Bay, just 10 minutes north of Tulum town. This tranquil and exclusive location offers the perfect balance for guests seeking proximity to Tulum’s vibrant energy while enjoying a private slice of paradise.
• Our full-time chefs are here to enhance your stay—whether it’s pre-stocking the fridge with your favorite snacks, sourcing groceries, or preparing tailored meals. The location is ideal for exploring the Tulum area, offering easy access to the marina for yacht trips, the country club for golfing, and some of the region’s most popular cenotes for daytime adventures.
• Hassle-free travel with trusted private transportation for all group sizes, available upon request – all organized by your personal Private Villas Mexico concierge.
• To top it off, our community features 24/7 security, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.
• Full time chef service from 7:30am to 7:30pm. Cost of ingredients are billed to you at the end of your stay, budget about $30-40 USD per day per person, for all three meals

Kevali Beach House is pure paradise. Set right on the beach with stunning ocean views, the villa blends modern luxury with natural beauty. The rooms are open and airy, which some seamlessly connecting to the outdoors courtyard, and others sitting on the second floor of the villa, making you feel at one with the sea.The staff really makes this place shine. The chef creates incredible meals daily, and the concierge team are always on hand to arrange anything you need—from yoga on the beach to custom day trips.The outdoor spaces are just as amazing, with an beautiful pool that seems to blend with the gorgeous Soliman Bay beach in front. We also treated ourselves to a beachside massage, which was total bliss.Kevali Beach House is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. Whether you’re after relaxation or adventure, this villa and area has it all. Can’t wait to return!
