The house is suitable for year-round living but is particularly idyllic during the summer months. In the height of summer, when the coast is crowded with tourists and residents, the property is a true oasis of peace where you can experience the sea 24 hours a day, taking in its ever-changing sights, sounds, colors, and wonderful scents. The property consists of: 2 double bedrooms; a fully equipped kitchen/living room connected to a furnished outdoor veranda, featuring 1 stovetop, an electric oven, a range hood, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a comfortable French-style sofa bed, a 36" TV, etc.; a bathroom with an electric water heater, shower, hair dryer, and large and small towels as well as bath towels for 4–5 people. Each room has windows. Accommodates up to 4–5 guests, with sheets, bedspreads, and pillows included.
