Make it a point to stop by north side park on Sunday nights for the fireworks and listen to the live bands! The North Ocean City location provides easy access to jet ski/boat rentals, paddle board/SUP rentals, go-carts, laser tag, miniature golf and movies. There is plenty of great shops nearby and you are a short drive to tax free shopping in Delaware. * One assigned under cover parking spot provided. There is also additional free on street parking. (Undercover parking prohibits oversize vehicles.)
* Outdoor pool is elevated and only accessible by steps.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
