Downtown Miami (7 miles): The bustling epicenter of Miami, known for its dynamic arts scene and cultural festivals.

Bal Harbour Shops (7.5 miles): Upscale shopping mall with luxury retail and fine dining options.

Miami Design District (7.5 miles): A neighborhood dedicated to innovative fashion, design, architecture, and dining experiences.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements with a Queen bed and a sleeper sofa.

Pets are not permitted in the studio.



★ LAUNDRY ROOM:

There is an accessible laundry room on the same floor, with laundry cards available for purchase in the lobby.





★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Front desk package holding available, with no mailbox key access.



★ EXTRAS:

Concierge services for booking local experiences like boat rentals, chefs, or massages.



★ PROVISIONS:

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.



★ GUEST SCREENING:

A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.

We've prepared fresh linens, towels, toiletries, cooking utensils, and pantry basics for your needs.

Guest Access:

Full studio apartment at your disposal. We are nearby for any assistance.



A fee of $15 is applicable per guest, except for those under 18.

Payments can be made at the front desk using either credit card or cash.

All adult guests are required to present an ID upon arrival.

The front desk will assist with elevator access to the 8th floor, given the necessity of a fob.

Guests should present their reservation email at the front desk for verification.

North Bay Village in Miami-Dade County stands as one of Florida's premier living destinations. Residents relish its dynamic urban ambiance, with many choosing to rent homes. This vibrant enclave boasts a plethora of restaurants, chic coffee shops, and serene parks.

We recommend renting a car or taking uber.

Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without host approval. Subletting is not permitted.



Please Note: The building is currently undergoing exterior renovations. Balcony access is temporarily unavailable, and some construction noise may occur during standard business hours.
