Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
Our large apartment can accommodate up to 33 people. It is therefore suitable for large groups, but also for families of 8 people who wish to spend some pleasant days in the center of Rome.
The apartment is divided into three large areas, each of which is independent: the first, on the first floor to the left, offers five en-suite rooms and can accommodate up to 15 people; the second area, on the first floor to the right, offers three large bedrooms and can accommodate another 12 people. Here there is a large common room where it is possible to eat together and an equipped kitchenette that can serve both apartments on the first floor.
The last area is on the second floor and offers a large common room where you can all stay together with a kitchenette and three other rooms that can accommodate another 7 people.

The Colosseum Apartments was the perfect stay for my family of 30 guests. There were 12 perfectly sized apartments and 12 bathrooms and common areas that work well for our family.. The location is awesome and in close proximity to the metro. We love the area because it was not saturated with tourists, but busy enough to keep the excitement. Our host, Sydul was amazing! He responded immediately to all of our needs/requests, which were minimum. If you’re traveling with a large group by highly recommend this property!

We were greated warmly by our host. The rooms were great! We stayed in 3 apartments all were very clean and accommodated my large group (17). Everyone had a bed and each room had it's own bathroom. Parking is a limited, but it's understandable as the property is in the city. Overall a great experience!

Good location. Pleasant rooms. (We leased 3 apartments.) Security locks (via smart phone) worked well. Typically Roman difficult parking. 18 of the 21-day stay had no hot water in the dishwasher. Floors left bare feet black. Our hosts' initial reactions were usually defensive or non-comittal. Their Italian & English were pretty good. (Several of us were bi-lingual.) They were always available via text.
