The house is beautiful and the location couldn't be better however when we arrived there were 4 dead roaches in the stairwell and in a bathroom- I am thankful they were dead. Also, on our contract it said the pool could be heated September and October- we were there mid September and I called and spoke to a lady and she said that our property was not on the 'list' . She initially told me she couldn't call the owner but then put me on hold to 'make contact'. I held for 27 minutes- she never returned and then at 8pm (which I guess is closing time) the phone went dead. We never received a call back. Had the contract not stated the pool could be heated for a fee then we wouldn't have pushed the issue but then to be disregarded like that was just unfortunate. This is a nice property and being a property owner myself, I would have handled this a lot differently.
