Welcome to Smoky Mountain Memories, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo perched high above downtown Gatlinburg in the scenic Summit of Gatlinburg community. With two private balconies, you’ll have front-row seats to breathtaking mountain views—catch the sunrise with your morning coffee and unwind at sunset with a glass of wine.
This top-floor (3rd) unit sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom (perfect for kids or friends), and a cozy queen bed in the loft. The condo also features a functional wood-burning fireplace (wood available seasonally for purchase at the clubhouse), a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a dining table that seats six. Private Spectrum WiFi ensures a strong connection throughout your stay.
The Summit offers fantastic amenities just a short walk from your door, including a brand-new indoor pool and hot tubs, a seasonal outdoor pool, playground, game room, coin-operated laundry, and picnic area with charcoal grills.
Getting here is easy on well-paved, well-maintained roads. You can drive straight into downtown Gatlinburg or take the bypass to Pigeon Forge to skip the traffic. (Please note: while the roads are in great condition, the drive to the top includes some winding mountain curves.)
Important to know: This is a top-floor unit with no elevator, which may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns
Refundable Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required for your stay. For your convenience and security, the deposit is securely collected through Hospitable 2 days before check in and returned 2 days after checkout, provided no damages occur.

The host was phenomenal. The property was outstanding on the third floor. Be aware that it's on the third floor if you have heavy things to carry. The view up there was fantastic to the West for sunsets and overlooking Pigeon Forge. In the summer you can even get a glimpse of sunrise. It's in a great location outside of Gatlinburg to be able to access the National Park as well as activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs were nice. The price was more than fair for everything provided. We had a family of five, so the kitchen was a little small, but still very doable. The upstairs loft bedroom was a great place to sleep for a parent or whoever is going to stay up latest and get up earliest, because it is open to the living area and kitchen space. We would definitely rent this property again or recommend it to a friend. We even saw a black bear when we drove into the property. The kids loved it. Be aware of bears in the area and don't leave food in cars. Excellent!

The lodge is beautiful and such a wonderful view. The only thing I would complain about is the pools were cloudy and dirty. Other than that it was wonderful.

This was one of the best stays if not THE BEST stay we have had with VRBO. Our hosts were awesome and had very quick response time. The condo itself was great, accurate description , very clean and absolutely amazing views! The hosts offered plenty of local suggestions and insight! The bonus was we saw bears outside the condo every single day of our trip! It was so exciting to sit on the balcony and watch momma bear with her two cubs. 15 minutes in any direction is going to get you to food/shops/activities. Only thing I’d say is the road to the condo is paved and nothing extreme but it could be exciting for you if you aren’t familiar with traveling mountainous/ski lodge roads. It is steep and winding(with breath taking views), we had some really good thunderstorms while we stayed and the shoulders of the road kind of washed so that was just an added caution to be mindful of but at no fault of anyone but Mother Nature! We loved every second in the smokies and look forward to staying again!

The condo was so cute, cozy and well furnished. The owners were so responsive and cared about our experience. The views were spectacular from both balconies. We had furry visitors everyday. The site offers inside and outside pools with indoor hot tubs and coin-laundry. 10/10 would recommend to others
