☀️ Your private outdoor space

🏊 The pleasure of living outdoors

Because holidays on the Côte d'Azur are also spent outdoors, you can enjoy a pleasant area around the pool:

Swimming pool • sun loungers • pool house • barbecue • ping-pong table • basketball hoop • garden furniture

The pool is open from May 1st to September 29th.

In September, it is heated to a pleasant temperature of around 27 to 28 °C.

Even outside the opening period of the swimming pool, you can enjoy the outdoor areas, garden furniture and table tennis.

💦 A carefully maintained swimming pool

The pool is cleaned and maintained daily from May to September.

The intervention is generally carried out in the morning or around 6 p.m. and lasts about an hour. We adapt as much as possible to your presence in order to preserve your moments of tranquility.

From October to the end of April, maintenance is carried out once a week.

Like any outdoor pool, the water can occasionally accommodate a few leaves, insects or small plant debris between two maintenance passes. These natural elements, impossible to avoid completely, do not constitute a defect of the home.

🚗 By car

- 7 min from the A41 exit – Mandelieu / Cannes-La Bocca
- 10 min from the A42 exit – Mougins
- About 10 to 15 minutes from Cannes
- Easy access to Antibes, Nice, Grasse and inland villages

🚆 Without a car, it's also very easy

Ranguin train station is just a 2-minute walk from the house.

From Ranguin, Cannes train station is accessible in 3 train stops.

You can reach Cannes easily and discover the French Riviera without necessarily taking the car.

Public transportation also makes it possible to explore the surrounding area and extend your getaway to the charming towns on the Italian border. 🇮🇹
