This is a great house, with an excellent location and a good assortment of bedrooms for our unique combination of adults, younger kids, and babies! The pool was great, and very clean - we would have spent loads of time in it if the weather had been warmer.The house had some cosmetic blemishes that didn't diminish the quality of our stay at all, just made the house less than perfect aesthetically. A few scuffs on the walls, as well as some small upkeep items (towel racks falling off, some rough decking planks) that the realty company was good about addressing.My only qualm was with the way that Vrbo said linens and towels were provided under the Amenities section. Surf or Sound provides accurate information regarding the seasonal provision of those things, but that information is located down toward the bottom of the listing page, after you've scrolled through tons of (mostly helpful) information provided by Vrbo. I happened to see an email asking if we needed to rent linens and towels the day before we arrived - but we had already left home and were on the way, so we had to scramble to purchase enough sheets and towels for everyone for the week, since Vrbo was not willing to compensate us at all for their misleading advertising. We also needed to buy hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper.Overall the property was excellent other than a few scuffs on walls, doors, etc. Surf or Sound's customer service was also good, just discontent with Vrbo's lack of the same.
