Welcome to Family Tides located in Barefoot Cottages, a gated community in Port St. Joe Florida. Family Tides offers family friendly accommodations with two community pools, charcoal grilling stations, and easy beach access less than 1 mile away. Just North of Highway 98, Barefoot Cottages is less than three minutes from Downtown Port St. Joe! Family Tides now allows 1 dog with a weight limit of 60lbs.
Family Tides offers accommodations for 4 with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The first floor is the main living area with sleeping arrangements on the second level. The living room offers comfortable seating and great natural lighting, with a large flat screen television, Firestick Streaming, and highspeed WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and all major appliances. Stone countertops, stainless farmhouse sink, and modern subway tile decorate the kitchen. The dining area offers seating for 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The half bath is conveniently provided with full laundry. Family Tides offers the best of outdoor living with two screened in porches, complete with alfresco dining options.
The second floor offers two bedrooms, both with attached bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, ceiling fan, cable television and attached bath with walk-in shower. The second-floor balcony, off the primary bedroom, offers a dry bar with mini fridge! Whether morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, watching the cotton candy skies turn to night, the screened porches provide a cozy place to lounge. The guest bedroom is adjacent, across the hall, with a queen bed, ceiling fan, Firestick television, and attached bathroom with shower/tub combination.
Come visit The Forgotten Coast with the luxuries of home at Family Tides! Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guest's length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Dog friendly property. One hypoallergenic dog permitted (60 lb maximum per dog). $125 nonrefundable pet fee. Cats
and restricted dog breeds are not permitted.
• Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival.
• Credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. No exceptions.
• Guests may be charged for stained or damaged linens and towels.
• Boat/trailer parking is not allowed by the HOA.

What an amazing place to stay! Close to everything yet not crowded or loud. Everyone was awesome and the house is beautiful!

Very clean! Love the upstairs and downstairs screened porches. One minute drive to the beach! Five minutes from downtown with so many restaurant and shopping choices. Would absolutely stay her again! Perfect little neighborhood with multiple pools and great for walking dogs.

Great place to stay near beach and I really felt safe when walking my dog. Quiet gated community is exactly what I needed. Beds are on the softer side. I personally prefer a harder mattress but honestly you could not go wrong staying here. I would say that if a problem did arise the management company was not great at reaching back out. Their laminated brochure is not up to date and mentions needing a parking pass and if it’s not present after you leave you will be fined. It took a couple days to respond back to say that the information in the brochure is not accurate and up to date. I also asked for the code to the workout room and never heard back. I’m so grateful that I truly had no issues with the place itself and enjoyed the community and my stay.
