We loved the location of the cottage, and the cottage itself was beautiful. It felt clean, bright, and airy, making it a very enjoyable place to stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning.There are a few areas that could make the stay even better. The specific cottage could use some maintenance, as the couch is starting to show its age and there were a few scuff marks around the home. More attention to detail with cleaning would also be appreciated, especially the bathroom walls and underneath the beds.The only other downside was that the staff and policies felt overly strict. The pool should have a more modern system instead of requiring guests to wear wristbands every day, and the exact 10:00 a.m. checkout policy felt unnecessarily rigid. A little more flexibility would make an already great experience even better.

I will definitely be staying here again! This was such a cute home with all the vacation vibes! Very clean with bright and vacationy decor just like the photos. There are 3 floors with the king bed suite on the top floor with a full bathroom - lots of steps to get up here, but so bright and spacious!! There were 2 queen suites on 2nd floor, both decent sized with full bathrooms. Beds were comfy! Sand Bar Drive location was perfect right near Salty Rim and pool for easy access. While some homes offer pools, this home is so close to the main pool it didn’t take away from the experience The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day. After a short walk to get to the lobby, you could keep going to the other side of the property to get to Target or through the lobby to get to Sunset Walk or H2O water park. They also had shuttles. Either way you have shopping or food options close by. There are bike rentals which were reasonably priced to wonder around the well maintained property.I emailed the VStays front desk for a missing battery in the remote - they were extremely quick in responding and had maintenance out within a couple hours even though I said it wasn’t necessary, just for awareness. Some things to know - they do not offer late check out however you can put your luggage at the bellhop and get a day pass which includes access to the pools, fitness center and spa which does have locker rooms with showers. Also - when checking in, you get dropped off at the lobby however once you are at the cottage you can have Uber or Lyft pick you up directly at the residence. There are shuttle options to the parks a few times a day however we opted for Lyft. They also offer Sixt car rental right in the lobby with a nice selection of cars. You cannot charge to your room when at the pool if you are staying until he cottages so be sure to take a credit card.Overall, great place with plenty of space! Bonus is the Margarita mak

We booked about a week before our stay and it was an easy process. We had no issues and communication was great. Any time that I called with questions they were answered right away. We are already talking about booking our next stay. We are also talking about making this a yearly trip.

So I get it. It says this property isn't a hotel. But I checked in at abut 10pm after an international flight and had to go buy soap and try to find a pillow for my 9 year old. Despite the listing saying sleeps 8 and that "Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and furnishings unless otherwise specified." - it doesn't include pillows for the sleeper sofa. While they did provide linens during the time I went to go buy soap, they didn't provide pillows. I went to the front desk to ask and they said I could remove pillows from the bedrooms to get enough for the downstairs occupant. I asked, so what about the people that are sleeping in those bedrooms, they said there are enough pillows for 1 person per booking and they are in the upstairs bedrooms. Dude. I get it, you are making money, but wow. How cheap can you be. Put something other than a quarter size bar of soap in the bathroom and give me a few extra pillows so that when you use the sofa bed (which is INCLUDED IN THE 8 OCCUPANTS) you have pillows that you don't have to take from upstairs. The gate guards are hilarious, 2 of the 3 entrance exits have gates, the third doesn't - so it is all just for show, nothing is actually gated given you can enter from the third entrance with absolutely no security. Otherwise it was good, pool at the resort is nice, hot tub was kind of dirty (could use a good vacuum), and the unit was clean enough with decent furniture. It was conveniently located near the Disney parks with easy access. Would I book it again, probably - just for location. But check-in and initial setup was pretty frustrating. For the sake of 25$ in extras you could make it SO much easier to use. We had plenty of dish soap, but no kidding if I book 7 days - give me 7 dishwasher pellets, some hand soap and a few pillows. Instead of making me drive to Walmart @ 2230 after a 12 hour
