The front queen bedroom has a walk out to the large, covered balcony that has comfortable seating overlooking King Street. The third bedroom has a king bed and is located at the back of the house overlooking the backyard.



The lower level has a generous sized games room with foosball table, air hockey, and another TV.



Laundry area is tucked away in the corner of the games room behind closet doors:
