El alojamiento se encuentra en la zona céntrica por lo que es más fácil poder movilizarse a diferentes sitios
La habitación huele a humedad, tiene mobiliarios antiguos descuidados
La fachada del hotel muy deteriorada y la piscina solo nos dejaban usar hasta la 9 pm por lo que en algunas ocasiones por ir de compras llegábamos a las 10 y no teníamos oportunidad de ingresar a la piscina, como recomendación dejar unas horas más para poder disfrutar la piscina en la noche

Habitación hacía ruido del aire, al momento de llegar no tenía toalla, y entregan la habitación una hora después como a las 04:00 p.m

La primera vez que fuimos la experiencia fue buena , pero esta vez no fue así… Instalaciones con falta de mantenimiento, las habitaciones con olor extraño y con televisión súper vieja y el control no funcionaba, el ascensor también necesita mantenimiento, también la llave de la habitación se desconfiguraba y en ocasiones no marcaba el piso, sin contar que al entrar a la ducha la bañera se rajó.

Bathtub in every single room, lots of free parking inside, breakfast was good, nice city view, pool was cozy, clean bathroom and huge mirror by the sink
Hot water wasn’t available in the bathtub nor shower, but in the sink, you can tell the place needs some renovations like the old tv, outside painting and shower

The air in the room was damp. Our clothes were wet after a couple of minutes. There was only cold water. I would expect hot water in the 4* hotel like this.

There was no Tea station in the room. The bat tub looked old and many times I left like I would have fell thro the floor. There was no water coming from the main shower head. On the last day, I wanted a scale to weight my suitcase and they did not have any. Tho the Tv said it was a samsung it wasn't discoverable by my samsung S23

The swimming pool and the location were great.
No refrigerator in the room. Also, the breakfast was odd. Chicken wings, chicken nuggets the 2nd day. 3rd day hot dogs, and the 4th day I was expected pizza, but they did have sausage with the eggs.

I liked the location; very quiet and safe, the breakfast was quite good, and what I loved the most was the view from the room. The other thing I liked the most was the staff who served breakfast, and the housekeeper was excellent.
The room did not work the shower, the safe did not work either, and it did not have a minibar. They took 2 days to fix the shower, and to bring a minibar, the safe was never fixed.

My favorite hotel in Panama and my second stay there. Helpful, polite stuff, big bedroom and bathroom, amazing view. Located in the city center.
I wish we have coffee maker like before and maybe more toiletries.

Bed very comfortable. Very quiet. We all slept very well. Lots of closet space. Everything was clean.

I stay at this hotel at least, 3 times a month every time I go to the city and it’s always amazing, the staff it’s definitely the best part of everything, specifically the guy from the reception, breakfast it’s good, near everything, won’t find anything better for that price, I know it.
