The Bonney, a gated historical Danish villa, rests in the heart of downtown Christiansted! Just 0.2 miles from the Christiansted Boardwalk and walking distance to the ferry, seaplane, shops, bars & restaurants, waterfront, national parks and historic sites. This beautiful 1-bed, 1-bath suite provides AC, WiFi, smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen. Access to snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and all your beach needs! Enjoy everything St Croix has to offer in comfort and safety!
Fitted with a queen bed, AC and filtered water at every faucet, this unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, electric stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dish ware and more. We have great internet and Smart TVs. Full bathroom with bath/shower is stocked with toilet paper, bath towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Full access to all beach supplies as available (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and more)! Enjoy BBQing or sipping wine in our beautiful courtyard! This amazing find includes access to our historical shared front porch with views of Gallows Bay Marina!
Guests will have access to the unit, as well as our shared courtyard with grill/dining area and our shared laundry room. Guests may use the washer/dryers (except between the hours of 10am and 3pm) on a first-come, first-serve basis. This privately gated property is a short walk from the boardwalk, bars restaurants and. Christiansted taxi stand just a 2 minute walk or rent a car to explore other parts of beautiful St Croix! Street parking easily available.
Our host is not available onsite. The laundry room is stocked with many extra amenities. Please let us know if you need anything additional, and we will help you access it.
Guests are provided with ample towels and bedding for their stay. To keep cleaning costs low, we encourage guests to wash the items provided if they would like fresh ones throughout their reservation.
There is currently some construction around the property on Queen Street, making the roads somewhat bumpy, and causing confusion with parking.
We conduct monthly pest control treatments to help ensure pests aren`t present in our units. These treatments are tentatively scheduled for the first Friday of each month between 4 and 5pm. A representative of ours accompanies the technician, so guests do not have to be present during a scheduled treatment. We send a reminder ahead of each treatment to guests booked.

- Quiet hours: 10pm-8am
- Please help us conserve energy: No open windows or doors while AC is on
- Pets welcome for $50/pet.
- Please be respectful of other guests/tenants :)

Although the apartment is a beautiful complex (esp the fountain/garden area), we felt the lodging was overpriced esp after factoring in extra fees (Vrbo fee) and asking guests to do the clean up (which is included in the fees). It resulted in becoming more expensive than a local hotel. Positive points were all amenities provided (loved the soaps, ceiling fans). Did not appreciate that the apt (windows) were not soundproof. Also, the kitchen table seems a bit unstable and wobbles while in used. Otherwise, appreciated the responses and accomodations (extra linens).

The location was perfect. I walked to restaurants, shops & the boardwalk. The apartment was good for the week. I would want something a bit different if I was staying longer. The kitchen was okay but I would not cook there. I sent out a few messages & they were answered promptly.
