A air conditioning ensures pleasant room temperatures, complemented by a ceiling fan. A modern SAT LCD TV rounds off the living comfort. The open kitchen is functionally furnished and features an electric cooker with two hotplates, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as comprehensive cookware and cutlery.
