This oceanfront condo is located in a very quiet 5 story building and sedate part of the Gulf of Mexico. It has a large private balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Every day begins with beautiful views and ends with spectacular sunset that can be enjoyed from your balcony or by taking a romantic stroll on the beach. This spacious 3 BR and 2 Full BA condo is filled with natural light and Indian Rocks Beach charm. It one of the only places on the beach with a fireplace for those cozy winter nights to melt away stress. Condo is kept extremely clean and has two parking spots on site. We had an amazing stay! The beach condo was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! We had everything we needed and Fred was easy to work with and so accomodating! We will be back!

This is the absolute best property with VRBO I have stayed at for the following reasons:1. Accuracy of listing - Exactly how it is listed; no surprises2. Communication with owner - Within an hour I always had resolution. I was the problem as I do not get notification when I get a VRBO email.3. Unit was the most well stocked unit I have ever seen - absolutely nothing missing! Maybe a bit better knives in the kitchen but literally that's all!!!!After a very difficult year, we needed peace and relaxation. To have a perfect location with the most well stocked condo with the most spectacular sunsets was a gift to all of us. Thank you sincerely!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo complex. Thank you Fred for providing us with everything we could ever need for a most excellent stay at the beach. Check in/out was very easy. Fred checked in with us during our trip to make sure we had all that we needed which was a nice extra.
