Tidewater Plantation is one of the top golf courses in North Myrtle Beach.
Gated community with 24/7 security and resort like amenities: Pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball court, walking trails, & fitness center. 10 minutes to beautiful Cherry Grove beach. 15 minutes to Barefoot Landing. 20 minutes to the Tanger Outlets. 30 minutes to Broadway at the Beach.
The condo has an awesome relaxing feeling. It has beautiful views and is a perfect vacation spot for a week long trip, a long weekend getaway for couples, families, friends, or a planned golf trip. Sit on the screened in porch with our translucent lights in the evening. Watch the golfers and birds during the day or catch a boat passing by on the ICWW.
Publix, Food Lion, Kroger and Walmart are all within 10 minutes from the condo as well as multiple restaurants, miniature golfing, bowling, shopping, wineries, the MB Sports complex and the Shark Wake park. There is Duplin Winery at Barefoot Landing and there is also a hidden gem of a winery called La Belle Amie Vineyard. There is a marina about 3 miles from the condo that rents jet skis daily. Boat rentals, boat rides, and charter boat rentals are all within the marina. Minutes away in Little River, SC are more restaurants on the water. There are 2 Casino boats also. (1 smoking) (1 non smoking). Horseback riding on the beach and private island tours are located at Inlet Point Plantation, which is right down the road from Tidewater.
The condo is complete with all you need in the kitchen to make meals at home. We provide the pillows, towels, blankets, close hangers, iron, ironing board.
2 bedroom / 2 bath townhome located in the Tidewater Golf Plantation. Bedding: You can choose whether you want a king size bed or two twins in each bedroom. Can sleep up to 4. Walking distance to the pool and fitness facility. Only a short drive to the beach and all that the Grand Strand has to offer to make your vacation a memorable one. Open living room, dining room and kitchen to enjoy everyone's company.

Tidewater Plantation is Gated 24/7 Golf Community, Beautifully Landscaped with trees and shrubs throughout the community. Quiet and has amenities for everyone to enjoy.
Getting Around:
5-7 minute drive to the beach in Cherry Grove. Short drive to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and entertainment.
Check in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available at 4 PM on arrival day, but circumstances occur where check-in time maybe later. We cannot guarantee a 4 PM check-in time.

No Smoking in unit. There is a $500.00 deep cleaning fee for any unit that is smoked in.

You must be 25 to rent our properties.
When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can cook, eat, drink and be merry!
The property management company was very responsive due to some confusion on use of the lock. They responded right away.
The location of the condo was perfect and it is nice to sit on the porch and watch the golfers on the 9th hole.
You can walk over to the restaurant in the Clubhouse. If you like walking, the neighborhood is perfect for that. The people are very friendly, and the pool and beaches are great. We went to the Polynesian Luaua in Myrtle Beach, 21 Main Steakhouse and Villa Tuscana for delicious Italian. We enjoyed the comfortable condo and we will be back!

To get onto the Tidewater property, the rental agent must provide the guard service the name of the renter and the length of the stay. You CANNOT get on the property otherwise. We texted the number provided, as instructed, and never received a response. Luckily, we were able to get on property as my sister lives in Tidewater and she got us in. I called the next day and they finally called the guards. I sent a text and an email and never received a response.
Pay close attention to the final cost listed in smaller text, as some listing agencies have much higher fees than others. The cost per night can actually be more than double the listed per night cost.
The property itself was in very good condition and looked to be well maintained. An item that would have been a plus was kitchen dish detergent. There was dish washer pods, 1 drying towel and 1 dish rag. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, and the screened in back porch was great for morning coffee!

We visited here last year to golf. We liked it so well we decided to come back this year and find a place to stay. It was all that we had hoped for plus some we look forward to coming back again next year
